This is a full-time staff position. In addition to leading a strong football program that reflects the values and mission of Briar Cliff University, the successful applicant could be asked to teach, fundraise, and/or perform other duties for the university.

Requirements:

Qualifications include: a bachelor's degree (masters preferred); proven track record of successful recruiting; a minimum of five years experience as a head coach (intercollegiate preferred) or as either an offensive or defensive coordinator at the intercollegiate level.
